if anybody finds good low-sodium tortillas, let me know, and if it's a brand they have at my store you win a prize. your prize will be a bean burrito. yummy! also, if you know a brand that makes decent fat-free plain soy milk, do tell!

8th continent soy milk is the best imo. silk is what everyone knows best, but it's crap.

what's the typical sodium value in tortillas? we usually get whole grain ones from trader joes but i never checked the sodium content.

seany likes 8th continent a lot, but it's hard to find up here, and i don't think they make fat free, only light.

typical torillas have like 300mg of sodium per 6 inch tortilla. i limit myself to 1000mg a day, so 300mg for a 6 inch tortilla is way too damn much. the ones i bought yesterday were 360mg for like huge-mother size tortillas that i will be more than happy only eating 1 of for dinner, but i'd still like to find ones that have under 200mg for enough tortilla(s) to make a satisfying dinner.
