this week's weigh-in  
i'm down 2 lbs this week, which is great considering that i went out for lunch with my sister-in-law this week and had mac and cheese and creme brulee. it was delicious, but i only ate about half of it, and i felt like crap after. do you think it's because of the fat or the salt or both?

all the refined carbs and resulting massive insulin boost would be my guess.

that makes sense, although i think that i probably also experienced some bloating since i generally keep my sodium intake so low.

Probably both plus the carbs can make you feel sluggish. I bought 5 WW meals for lunches this week and I was eating them by highest sodium to lowest (they're all 5 points) and I was surprised to learn that mac and cheese had the highest sodium content.
