i'm down 2 lbs this week, which is great considering that i went out for lunch with my sister-in-law this week and had mac and cheese and creme brulee. it was delicious, but i only ate about half of it, and i felt like crap after. do you think it's because of the fat or the salt or both?

if you're looking for a super-good fruit spread with no refined sugar, i recommend st. dalfour 100% fruit spread. i got golden peach flavor. yum-o!

if anybody finds good low-sodium tortillas, let me know, and if it's a brand they have at my store you win a prize. your prize will be a bean burrito. yummy! also, if you know a brand that makes decent fat-free plain soy milk, do tell!

I need more recipes!

I've been ricing for just over two weeks, and it's been good to me so far. I just feel better when I'm ricing, and the weightloss is nice too. My only problem is staying interested in the food. A lot of the recipes aren't appealing to me, and the ones that I do like were really good the first time, but then when I made them again, I got sick of them really fast. More recipes! More! More!
